Notes/Minutes Tim M., Mary C., River, B PD and Matrix Curriculum not discussed - Matrix curriculum should be a separate meeting Contribute - 10 extra licenses have been purchased suggested users RON, Ruth, Susanna, Elise - discuss with teams and let Tim know. Perhaps Piper too. Also, Sheila will need some for the club. Google Apps - are we ready to use it with everything else going on? Gets pushed farther down the to do list. School Dude - being setup and will be used for tracking all IT related incidents and questions. Arose from recommendations from the RES NEASC report. training will be part of a staff meeting later this month. Apex Learning - Little time has been spent to log in and review. Consensus is too costly. Are there other cheaper alternatives? Budget - RES budget due today at Noon; Please get RJH technology needs/wants to Tim ASAP. Items discussed - new file server, new server licenses, T1 line Carts and Computers updates - Grades 8 carts built, computers put in Brown and Jarvis Rooms, still need to build and update carts for grade 6 usage Easy Grade Pro - Still awaiting decision on whether to move forward with purchasing of Eaasy Grade Pro and the Web Portal.
